Yes. Choose “Help me choose” to tell us about your hair condition, hair loss or alopecia areata, comfort needs and what you need from your solution. You may add private photos for our review.
Can you match an inspiration photo?
Yes! Bringing your reference photos to life is our specialty. Simply share your inspiration image, and our team will match the exact color blend, curl pattern, braid size and length. We review every detail with you before crafting begins, then send HD photos and videos of your finished piece for your review before it ships, making any requested adjustments so it perfectly matches your vision.
Does creating a plan place an order?
No. It is 100% free to design your plan. You can download the finished PDF to show your hairstylist, or submit it directly to our team. We’ll chat with you via WhatsApp or email to confirm every detail, turnaround time, and price before you commit to buying.
How long will my custom order take?
Custom braided wigs usually take up to 2 weeks, while Miracle Knots and hybrid solutions usually take 24 hours to 1 week, depending on how complex your hair kit is.
